Ryan Halvorsen cut his graphic design teeth in Rome, Italy, and returned to Chicago to work at Segura, Inc. His work has been featured in Communication Arts and his client list includes Corbis, Effen Vodka, Marlboro, DC Comics, American Eagle Outfitters, Express Jeans & Nike. In 2004 he co-founded Arlo with Patrick Filler. He is now Principal and Creative Director for Arlo.
David Kadavy is a brand strategist, designer, and web developer who polished his design eye along with Ryan while in Rome. Throughout his career he has honed his technical skills while working for startups in sunny Silicon Valley.
Patrick Filler scored a degree from Columbia College Chicago. Before co-founding Arlo, he created work for Gatorade, Crate & Barrel, Orbitz, Columbia College Chicago, and The Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Patrick now resides and works in New York.
Silas Dilworth is a type designer and web programmer extraordinaire. He and Ryan met while working at [T-26] and Segura, inc. respectively. They now share an office and collaborate on web projects. Silas is co-owner of TypeTrust, a one-stop-shop for quality fonts.
Kaylee is a dog who sleeps most of the day at the office. When she’s not sleeping, she’s hatching plans to take Silas out. For good.
